The team was super helpful and professional, especially the guy who set it all up. He explained everything clearly, left a first aid kit, and even had safety mats at the entrance. To top it off, they gave my son a small birthday gift which was such a thoughtful touch. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were so friendly and easy to deal with.
