What a wonderful experience. We had Apex Castles at our fun day at Te Papapa School, the students work so hard all year towards this one fun day. After receiving very bad service from other waterslide providers it was a refreshing experience to be taken such care of. They were professional and went the extra mile to make sure that the day was safe and successful. I cannot praise them high enough. Honestly, I was worried that it was not real as the slide was so large online. It surpassed their pictures. The kids were in awe and cannot wait until they come back next year. It was worth the price, when you think about the cost of buses etc to have anything close to this experience you are spending a lot less to have Apex's professional team look after you. An amazing send off to 2025 for our tamariki. Get your dates in early as they are booking up fast.

I couldn’t be happier with the Paw Patrol bouncy castle we hired for my daughter’s birthday! From start to finish, the service was flawless. We contacted Apex Castles on the day for a last minute birthday party.
Prompt communications via Facebook messenger, they had let us know that the wet slide and bouncy castle we wanted, was making its way back from Hamilton and they need to confirm. Not long, we had confirmation they can deliver and they turned up early, well before our guests arrived and set everything up. It was a breeze. Meeting Amish was a delight too, easy to talk to and a great attitude, we appreciated his friendly manner and professionalism. I originally booked a bouncy castle but had to cancel the next day after going over budget. Thankfully, at the last minute, my cousin offered to help this was at midnight the day of the party and they made it work. I woke up to find them knocking at my door such awesome energy! You can tell they truly love what they do. We even sent the delivery team off with a nice plate of kai to show our appreciation for the mahi. Highly recommend! my son and whānau absolutely loved it! Thank you, team, you’re all amazing!

I wish I could give 10 stars! The team at Apex were amazing from the first email and always professional, punctual, and suuuper friendly! They came and delivered the castle and chose where to put it as I had no idea. It was clean, in great condition and all the kids loved it. It was a perfect addition to our festival-style wedding and did not hear a peep from the kids who were having so much fun bouncing all day! Highly recommend choosing Apex for your next event!

Amazing service! Apex Castles saved our day after another company reneged on a booking we had made moths prior. Apex was able to deliver the perfect castle for our kids party on time and were very professional given they only had a days notice!
