They came and delivered the castle and chose where to put it as I had no idea. It was clean, in great condition and all the kids loved it. We contacted Apex Castles on the day for a last minute birthday party.
Prompt communications via Facebook messenger, they had let us know that the wet slide and bouncy castle we wanted, was making its way back from Hamilton and they need to confirm. Not long, we had confirmation they can deliver and they turned up early, well before our guests arrived and set everything up. It was a breeze. Meeting Amish was a delight too, easy to talk to and a great attitude, we appreciated his friendly manner and professionalism. We recently hired the Marvel LEGO Avengers bouncy castle for my son’s birthday, and it was the coolest setup! The team was super helpful and professional, especially the guy who set it all up. He explained everything clearly, left a first aid kit, and even had safety mats at the entrance. To top it off, they gave my son a small birthday gift which was such a thoughtful touch. Their communication was excellent from start to finish, and they were so friendly and easy to deal with. Highly recommend!
