    Every piece of equipment from the bouncy castles to the pegs is meticulously inspected and cleaned both before and after each hire. This rigorous process guarantees that you receive only the safest and most reliable products.
  • Adherence to NZ Safety Standards:
    We continually update our practices to meet and exceed the strict safety guidelines set forth in New Zealand. Your wellbeing is ensured through our commitment to these high standards. Each castle that we deliver comes with a bag we like to call a 'Kit'. This kit includes plug covers, electrical safety equipment, airhorns and first aid kit, we also provide mats where suitable. 
  • Specialized Safety Team:
    Our dedicated team is specially trained to ensure a safe environment, with a keen focus on protecting children during their activities.

Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services and equipment. By renting our bouncy castles, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions.

Booking: Reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability. A booking confirmation will be sent once the reservation is confirmed.
Payment:
25% of the price of castle hire is required at the time of booking to secure the date and time. Then the rest of the payment is required before the date of delivery and
set up of castle. Payment can be made via credit card, bank transfer, cash, and Afterpay.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 7 days before the event will receive a refund minus the security deposit If paid in full. Cancellations made within 5 days of the event will forfeit 50% of the payment, 3 days 25% refund of total castle hire price. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of cancellation.

Delivery: Apex Castles will deliver the bouncy castle to the specified location on the date a time. This can be changed upon agreement between Apex Castles and Hirer. Setup: Our trained staff will handle the setup and takedown of the bouncy castle. The custom is responsible for ensuring the site is suitable and free of debris

Supervision: The customer must ensure proper supervision of the bouncy castle at all times. An adult must be present to monitor the usage of the castle. Age and Weight Limits: Adhere to the maximum number of patrons and weight limits as specified for each bouncy castle. Separate larger and more boisterous patrons from smaller timid ones. Prohibited Items: Bouncers must remove shoes, glasses, and any sharp or hard objects before
entering the bouncy castle. No food, drinks, or gum are allowed on the inflatable. Activities: Climbing on walls(unless area is suitable for), somersaults, and rough play are prohibited to ensure the safety of all users.

Adverse Weather:
In the event of high winds, rain, or other adverse weather conditions, Apex Castles reserves the right to cancel the booking for safety and hazard reasons. A refund, minus security deposit or rescheduling will be offered in such case. 

Responsibility for Damages:
The hirer (customer) is responsible for ensuring that the equipment, including bouncy castles and accessories, is returned in the same condition as it was provided. Any damage, excessive dirt/grass, or loss of equipment during the hire period will be the hirer’s responsibility.
Damage Fees: 

In the event of any damage (rips, tears, punctures, or excessive wear and tear), the hirer will be
responsible for covering the cost of repair or replacement, whichever is deemed necessary by Apex Castles. Repair costs will be charged to the customer.
Deposit Deductions:

If a security deposit was collected at the time of booking for the dry castles, any repair or
replacement costs will be deducted from this deposit. If the costs exceed the deposit amount, the hirer will be invoiced for the remaining balance, which is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice.
Proper Use of Equipment:

The hirer agrees to follow all safety and operating guidelines provided by Apex Castles. Misuse, negligence that results in damage to the equipment will result in full liability for repair or
replacement costs.
Insurance Coverage:

Apex Castles recommends that hirers obtain insurance coverage to protect against accidental
damage, loss, or injury caused while the equipment is in use. Apex Castles is not responsible for accidents or damage caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions whilst hiring the bouncy castle. Once the technician leaves the castle set up and property it is then up to the hirer to ensure there is supervision for the people using the castle.
Refusal of Service

Apex Castles reserves the right to refuse service or future bookings from any hirer who returns damaged equipment or violates these terms and conditions.

Evacuation:
In case of an emergency, evacuate the bouncy castle immediately and follow the instructions provided by Apex Castles staff. Air horn and first Aid kit are provided. 

The customer agrees to indemnity and hold Apex Castles harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of the use of our equipment, except those resulting from our negligence of set up or take down of the castles.

Apex Castles reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in advance.
